Course Introduction
This course teaches you the fundamental principles of structuring a safe and effective exercise to music class for mixed ability participants. These skills will give you the platform to go on to develop and devise a variety of different styles and types of group exercise to music sessions: aerobics, body pump and step are just three variations of the basic exercise to music class.
What Our Students Say...
"I’ve been really impressed with the staff and how I've been treated. I’ve been looked after throughout by Future Fit and the Distance Learning team were excellent. Originally I picked Future Fit based on dates that fitted into school holidays but I would choose them again for their excellent customer service and high quality tuition. The workshop is split over two weekends and is thoroughly enjoyable. "
