Course Introduction
The first point for any aspiring fitness professional is to study anatomy and physiology and the principles and theory of exercise.
Obtaining this knowledge in a classroom can make learning more complicated and can increase fees. We have created this course with the trainee in mind, allowing you to study in your own time and at your own speed.
What Our Students Say...
"Learning about Anatomy and Physiology is probably the most fundamental requirement for any fitness professional, and for me was also the most interesting part of my diploma. It teaches you how the skeletal system and muscles work together during exercise and helps you understand the mechanics behind movement. The online format meant I could study this module whilst continuing to work and the support staff were so helpful in answering any questions when I needed help."
