I was working in an IT support role before and I decided that I wanted to change my life in terms of job satisfaction but also for myself health wise. I used to be 19 stones and with a lot of hard work and using the knowledge that I have built up including the training from Future Fit Training I’ve managed to get myself down to 12 stones.
After my courses with Future Fit Training I’ve learned much more about fitness in general, diet and the various training methods involved. The support was great and enabled me to complete all my training as no stone is left unturned with this diploma.
I would certainly recommend Future Fit Training and would praise their student first approach and quality of knowledge.”

Client Psychology and the process behind what makes people tick in an exercise environment has always been interesting to me so when I spotted that Future Fit Training had produced a course on it, I knew I had to go on it. After I had booked the course I had been looking forward to it for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. The tutor presented it in a very knowledgeable and understanding way. The personal experiences and examples brought the theory into context and made understanding the points that much easier.
We had a good, friendly group, which made it a very enjoyable and worthwhile day. I guess I wanted to attend the course to improve my communication skills and learn new tools to use in my work but in reality I believe I got this and so much more from the course. The theory can be adopted across a number of courses and the transtheoretical model for change can be applied to personal training, gym instructing, nutrition and even things like Pilates!
All in all I think anyone that wants to enable clients to understand you better and be better understood by you should go on this course. It’s certainly changed the way I will approach my work.
