Cleo Moffat (Bournemouth) Studio Professional Diploma

Cleo Moffat never felt happy in her marketing role. She wanted to re-capture her verve for dance and turn it into a career that she loves, since then she's never looked back...
I started my training with Future Fit with the Studio Professional Diploma.  My aim was to teach ETM classes for a living, and this was great because it got me started & I began to pick up classes in the evenings.  As I began to build my new schedule for my new career I realised I needed to become more versatile, so I did the Gym Instructor Module to help pad out my schedule with gym hours and not only increase my potential income but also my knowledge.  I then discovered we would have the opportunity to do Personal Training at my gym and decided to do the Personal Training Module as well.  This was spread over a couple of years in total and has been a great success.

I chose Future Fit Training because they seemed to be very helpful when I made my enquiries, and they were very affordable.  I've continued with Future Fit Training because I always feel I've achieved when I've been on a course.

Prior to training with Future Fit I worked in the Marketing industry for 7 years, but never felt happy in my career.  I decided I wanted to go back and do something dance orientated, which is why I started with Exercise To Music (ETM), as I figured it was the best way to make a living from dancing around to music you love!

I've been very happy with the training and support I've recieved, and have since recommended Future Fit Training to loads of people, many of which have gone on to train with Future Fit and also been very happy! Having helped friends through other courses, particularly ETM, I feel that Future Fit are very thorough with their content.  I stick to their method almost religiously because it works so well, and I feel that as a result of that, my teaching is to a high standard, and I'm always getting feedback confirming that, from both customers and colleagues alike!

As my experience has grown I've become more and more confident in my new line of work.  I've been in the industry for 2 years now full time.  My favourite discipline is ETM, which is where I am most comfortable.  I've learnt so much since working in the gym environment too & my gym instruction is pretty good, all thanks to Future Fit Training!  I'm putting my Personal Training into practice now, and I'm sure that will follow suit. I'm a freelance aerobics instructor teaching about 20 classes a week, all permanent.  I do 15 hours a week in a council run gym which is fab and they've invested in the best equipment, and its affordable membership so it's easy to sell to people.  I’ve also made the best friends there, which is not something I'd even thought about to begin with.  In addition to that I'm now starting to do PT hours with one to one clients about 3 hours a week - so far so good!

Working in the Health and Fitness industry is the best move I ever made.  It's changed my life.  I've not yet had a day where I can't get motivated for work, and even if you are having a tired day, once you see your clients they soon cheer you up.  It's fab!

I would recommend Future Fit Training, and indeed I have done!  I've learnt so much in a relatively short space of time and have managed the funding really well.  So thanks for being so accessible and providing such quality of learning!!
