""I'm a member of the British bobsleigh team and an adrenaline junkie. I love the feeling of throwing myself down a tunnel of ice at speeds of up to 95 miles per hour in a toboggan, just inches off the ground - it's like being in the biggest, fastest rollercoaster in the world, but nothing's holding you in!

So I said to myself it’s now or never, I searched the web and came across lots of fitness websites, I didn't really know where to start as becoming a qualified PT or exercise to music teacher was all a little foreign to me. One company did stand out from the rest and that was Future Fit Training!.."

"I started my training with Future Fit with the Studio Professional Diploma. My aim was to teach ETM classes for a living, and this was great because it got me started & I began to pick up classes in the evenings. As I began to build my new schedule for my new career I realised I needed to become more versatile, so I did the Gym Instructor Module and I then discovered we would have the opportunity to do Personal Training at my gym and decided to do the Personal Training Module as well..."

“As a professional footballer with Swindon Town, I realised the part that nutrition and fitness play in the game and was keen to learn more about the subject
and gain some skills that I could take with me for my
own use and for a future career when I hang up my
boots.

“I have always been into exercise and health and fitness classes, so after I had finished college this seemed to be a logical career path. A lot of the courses on offer by local colleges and organisations didn’t offer the qualifications that I needed to get me a job in the industry.
I had been recommended Future Fit Training by a family member..."

During my working life I have been employed in various capacities ranging from working on a plane as an Air Stewardess to running pubs and clubs. But I never fully felt satisfied working for other people. I fantasised for years of becoming a Personal Fitness Trainer, but had never really pursued my 'dream'. On a whim I decided to make enquiries as to whether I could actually realise my dream. I bought a copy of 'Health & Fitness' magazine and began calling all the training providers. Some showed no interest in me, some were too far away and then I came across Future Fit Training..."

“I have found all of the training with Future Fit Training to be of benefit. I have taken training workshops with other training providers and Future Fit Training has always been the most enjoyable. The payment option made taking the training very easy and I have recommended several friends to Future Fit Training and they are all now enjoying their training. I am now working as an instructor and Future Fit Training played a major part in me achieving this. Thanks guys”

“I always had a huge interest in the physiology of the mind and body and have always taken on the motivational role when working within a team. I decided to go into nursing at the age of 17 and studied for 3 years only to realise that I couldn't function properly in such an environment. I lived an unhealthy lifestyle in response to the pressure of my working environment and experienced first hand what happens when you don't treat yourself with respect. After turning my own life around I decided to look into Personal Training as a career, which would allow me to study, practice and make a living out of a range of subjects, I already had a passion for..."

"I had been working in IT for a number of years and gained an Open University degree in engineering. But I was really looking for a less stressful job with the personal fulfillment that comes from helping others. “I took the Total Immersion package and chose Future Fit Training for their reputation, value for money and the support they offered their students. Also, this was a diploma that really offered EVERYTHING that I would need to know about becoming a fitness professional. I was working in an IT support role before and I decided that I wanted to change my life in terms of job satisfaction but also for myself health wise. "Client Psychology and the process behind what makes people tick in an exercise environment has always been interesting to me so when I spotted that Future Fit Training had produced a course on it, I knew I had to go on it.
After I had booked the course I had been looking forward to it for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. The tutor presented it in a very knowledgeable and understanding way. The personal experiences and examples brought the theory into context and made understanding the points that much easier..."

"Five years ago I moved home and my life changed. I decided to take up a new career in ‘fitness’ and made many enquiries with other fitness companies. I was constantly met with ‘brick walls’ until a friend suggested Future Fit.
After speaking to Julie Barrett (Careers Advisor) I was convinced that I had made the right decision. Julie put my mind at rest and helped me very much through the initial stages. Since
then,
I have attended several training courses with Future
Fit and I am about to attend the Level 3 Pilates course this year. "

“I took Pilates with Future Fit Training and found that this gave me more confidence when out in the industry. “I did the Nutrition and Weight Management Course and it was fantastic! All the information was backed up with scientific evidence, which made it unquestionable; something I’m told isn’t the case with some other nutrition courses. A huge amount of info was given in an enjoyable way, which made the course excellent. Right from the beginning the careers advisor Julie was understanding and informative and the tutor Gary was fab! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this course”
