Job Purpose:

• deliver the highest standards of service through your positive attitude to the role
• support the Kickstart process to deliver an excellent induction process for members and strive to drive retention
• support members achieving their ‘real life’ fitness goals
• ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
• drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention
• continually strive to improve your fitness knowledge
• deliver excellent exercise programming and exercise workshops
• teach a minimum of 3 classes a week.
