Salary:                Earnings up to £30k+ OTE

The candidate

David Lloyd Leisure are after the following, and qualities are assessed at the assessment centres.

• great communicator
• teamwork skills
• technically sound.

Qualifications:

Minimum REPs Level 2, but most candidates taken on are REPs level 3.

The model below shows the progression David Lloyd Leisure expects, as trainers progress to deliver more PT hours and complete more of David Lloyd’s internal education, you get paid more per PT session you deliver.
Progression from Gym through to Personal Training (Example based on 40hr week). Courses internationally recognised, have REPs points with PTonThenet too.
