We were established in 1993 by a team with extensive hands-on experience of managing health clubs, who identified a pressing need for high quality, enjoyable, professional training with recognised qualifications. Our founders still own and manage the business and our ethos remains the same: to drive up standards of teaching and deliver the meaningful qualifications that employers are looking for.
