Diploma Overview

The Personal Trainer Diploma is an internationally recognised programme of study that will give you the theory and practical skills you will need to become a successful Personal Trainer. It is a combination of home study, practical modules (held at centres throughout the UK), case studies and assessments.

Benefits

Choosing the Personal Trainer Diploma gives you the perfect foundation to begin your career as a Personal Trainer. Following your training you will be multi-skilled and able to:

• set up your own Personal Training business or work as a Personal Trainer in a gym
• work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis
• teach group exercise
• provide clients with sound nutritional information and advice
• set up and facilitate weight management clinics.

One of the key benefits of choosing the Future Fit Training Personal Trainer Diploma is that you can achieve your diploma studying in your own time. This means that you can continue to work while you study, and learn at a pace that suits you. Throughout your diploma, we also assign you with one of our dedicated Training Co-ordinators who is there to help you plan and structure your study to fit your needs and circumstances.

Do I need any experience?

You don’t need any previous experience to start this diploma; we’ve designed it to give you all the training you need from beginning to end. You will need to gain a basic First Aid (CPR - cardiopulmonary resuscitation) qualification prior to completing the practical section of your Gym Instructor Module – but you don’t need it to start your study. Your Training Co-ordinator will be able to help you find a reputable local CPR training provider and courses cost around £50.
