Diploma Overview
The Complete Mat Pilates Diploma is a nationally recognised programme of study that will give you the theory and practical skills you will need to become one of the highest qualified Mat Work Pilates Teachers in the UK, at Level 3. You will be able to teach Mat Pilates on a 1-2-1 basis or in group exercise sessions, at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Completing this diploma will allow you to become one of an elite band of Pilates Teachers at the forefront of teaching methods in Europe. What’s more, our diploma can be completed in your own time around your own schedule.
You need a recognised teaching qualification i.e. Exercise to Music, Gym, Dance or Yoga to start this diploma. If you don’t have a teaching qualification you will need to add either our Exercise to Music course or Gym Instructor course to this diploma. Alternatively you could choose to take this one step further and sign up to our Studio Professional Diploma or Personal Trainer Diploma to gain an even wider repertoire.
Having completed the 3 Mat Pilates workshops, you’ll go on to undertake your Level 3 assessment, which will give you the REPs Level 3 industry award in Mat Pilates - the highest Mat Pilates qualification in the industry. You will receive 20 REPs CPD points on completion of this diploma. To be assessed for this award, you will need to build a work-based portfolio of evidence, which consists of 5 units and complete a practical assessment that shows you have a variety of skills.
